摘　　要：违章是事故之源,电力作业人员的违章行为是导致电网企业安全事故发生的主要原因。结合电力作业人员的工作性质和特点,从心理学角度剖析违章行为的产生原因,分析电力作业人员违章心理存在的理论依据,并列举具体表现形式,分析其产生的内在原因,进而提出防范举措,从而达到减少违章的目的。Violation is the source of an accident,and the illegal behaviors of electric power operators are the primal factors causing safety accidents for power grid enterprises.In combination with the job property and features of electric power operators,analyses are conducted on the causes of illegal behaviors from a psychological perspective as well as the theoretical basis that the violation psychology of power operators exists with its specific expression forms listed and its inherent causes studied,based on which the precautions are proposed so as to reduce violations.
