摘　　要：针对电压互感器二次侧停电检修操作安全措施不完备、缺乏标准化和系统化方法的现状,研制了一种电压互感器二次空气开关闭锁及接地保护系统,解决了电压互感器二次空气开关无法封闭接地的问题,杜绝了二次反送电的风险。In allusion to the situation concerning incomplete safeguard measures for secondary side power outage overhauls of voltage transformers,as well as the shortage of standardized and systematic approaches,a type of secondary air switch locking and grounding protection system for voltage transformers is developed,which solves the problem that the secondary air switch is unavailable for closed grounding and eliminate the risk of secondary reverse power transmission.
