EOD导向下的片区综合开发模式探索——以福州长乐金梅潭片区为例

摘　　要：随着“两山理念”的持续贯彻和“双碳”战略的深入推进,当前EOD模式试点工作正开展得如火如荼。面对当前片区综合开发的困境,通过对EOD模式的规划实践研究,探讨城市片区综合开发的EOD应对模式。并以长乐金梅潭片区为例,针对片区内城、乡两种不同情景,提出城市更新和乡村振兴背景下的EOD应对模式及实施路径,以规划为引领,以生态为本、产业为核,最终通过有效的运营实现生态产业化和产业生态化。With the continuous implementation of the“Two Mountains Concept”and the deepening of the“Dual-Carbon Strategy”,the pilot work of EOD mode is currently being carried out vigorously.In the face of the current dilemma in comprehensive development of the urban areas,this paper explores the EOD response model for urban area comprehensive development through planning and practical research on the EOD model.Taking Changle Jinmeitan area as an example,this paper proposes EOD response models and implementation paths under the background of urban renewal and rural revitalization for two different scenarios of both urban area and rural area.Under the guidance of planning,based on ecology,it proposes to take the industries as the core to finally realize the ecological industrialization and industrial ecology through effective operation.
