摘　　要：随着我国城镇化进程的快速推进,文化遗产保护与城市发展的协调问题日益突出。传统城市更新实践多聚焦于物质空间的改造,往往忽略城市空间之间的关联性、延续性和整体性等内在关联,导致城市空间割裂。实践表明,城市空间不是简单的物质空间组合体,而是由多种要素组成的“有机体”,是动态演变的结果。城市空间有其特定的组织方式、文化基因和精神内核。本研究通过引入保护性城市更新和遗产网络的概念、构建方法及国内外历史名城的保护理念,基于遗产网络国内外研究方法和实践,提出“空间关联性”“时间延续性”和“形式多样性”的保护性城市更新策略,以期通过保护性城市更新方法,提高城市韧性,实现城市的可持续发展。With the advancement of rapid urbanization,the problem of coordinating cultural heritage preservation with urban development is becoming more and more prominent.Traditional urban renewal mostly focuses more on the renovation of material space,and often ignores the intrinsic links between the correlation,continuity and integral of urban spaces,resulting in the fragmentation of urban space.The practice shows that the urban space is not a simple combination of material space,but an“organism”composed of multiple elements,which is the result of dynamic evolution.The urban space has its specific organization,cultural genes,and spiritual kernel.This paper introduces the concepts and construction methods of conservative urban renewal and heritage network,as well as the ideas for the protection of famous historic cities at home and abroad.Based on the research methods and practical applications of heritage network at home and abroad,it puts forward the conservation urban renewal strategies of“spatial relevance”,“temporal continuity”and“formal diversity”,with a view to improving the resilience of cities and realizing the sustainable development of cities through conservation urban renewal.
