摘　　要：名人旧居作为青岛城市人文历史的重要缩影之一,是青岛珍贵的物质文化遗产,在青岛城市人文历史发展中具有重要的作用,并以独特的建筑风貌和文化底蕴塑造了别样的青岛城市形象。文章以王统照旧居为研究对象,在分析研究王统照旧居现存状况与历史文化价值的基础上,进一步对名人旧居的保护提升策略进行深入探讨,旨在为青岛市名人旧居的保护提升与修缮工程提供思路。As one of the important epitomes of Qingdao’s history and humanity,the former residences of celebrities are Qingdao’s precious tangible cultural heritage,which play an important role in the development of Qingdao’s humanistic history and in shaping the urban image of Qingdao with their unique architectural style and cultural heritage.This paper takes Wang Tongzhao’s former residence as the research object,analyzes and studies the existing condition and historical and cultural value of Wang Tongzhao’s former residence,and further discusses the strategies for the protection and enhancement of the former residence of celebrities.It aims to put forward discussions and ideas for the protection,enhancement and repair of the former residences of Qingdao celebrities.
