摘　　要：文章旨在基于中国城市规划中对社会心理因素的忽视问题,分析社会心理因素在城市规划中的重要性。研究发现,城市规划往往集中于政府决策、文化经济和资源等因素,而忽视了社会心理因素的影响,导致政府投入与群众感受产生差异。社区更新案例中,拆除沿街商铺引发了不同的社会反响,其中涉及社会心理因素的影响。文章从沟通、社交互动空间、公共安全感和社区满意度等方面探讨了社会心理因素的重要性,并强调了公众参与和媒体宣传在城市规划中的作用。This paper aims to explore the neglect of social psychosocial factors in urban planning in China and to analyze the importance of psychosocial factors in urban planning.It is found that urban planning often focuses on government decision-making,cultural economy and resources,and ignores the influence of social psychological factors,leading to the difference between government input and people’s feelings.In the case of community renewal,the demolition of shops along the street triggered different social responses,involving the influence of social psychological factors.This paper explores the importance of social psychosocial factors in terms of communication,social interaction space,public security,and community satisfaction,and highlights the role of public participation and media advocacy in urban planning.
