建成区多重边界区域的空间生产与身份建构——以上海市小沙渡区域为例

摘　　要：随着城市日益扩张带动中心城密集膨胀,城市中观层面的区域边界受到区级行政划分、自然地理切分及历史发展影响,产业交叠、风貌冲突及身份识别模糊等问题愈发显著。位于普陀、静安、长宁三区交界处的小沙渡是典型的区级行政边界周边区域。文章从城市形态学的角度出发,回溯这一区域边界的形成与作用事件,通过分析区域空间形态演变,呈现其在治理与发展中受到城市中观边界影响下的矛盾与纠结,挖掘中观边界周边区域自身禀赋及资源基础,通过平衡中观边界在“障碍”与“媒介”双重身份中的转换关系,助力城市区域的全面融合。With the increasing expansion of the city and the dense expansion of the central city,the boundaries of the areas at the meso-level of the city are affected by the administrative division of the district,the natural geography and the historical development,resulting in significant problems,such as the overlapping of industries,the conflict of landscapes and the blurring of identities,and so on.Xiaoshadu,which is located at the junction of Putuo,Jing’an and Changning districts,is a typical peripheral area of district-level administrative boundaries.From the perspective of urban morphology,this paper retraces the formation and role of this regional boundary,analyses the evolution of regional spatial patterns,presents the contradictions and entanglements under the influence of the city’s meso-boundary in its governance and development,and explores the peripheral area of the meso-boundary through its own endowment and resource base.Through balancing the transition of the meso-boundary between the dual identity of“barrier”and“medium”,it helps the comprehensive integration of the urban area.
