传统村落消防改造探究——以婺源县篁岭古村为例

摘　　要：传统村落在中国长期农耕文明发展中自然形成,蕴含着丰富的人文景观和自然景观,发展旅游业通常是传统村落践行乡村振兴、保护传统村落及促进当地乡村经济发展的重要手段。与此同时,传统村落在旅游开发及建设配套民宿的过程中可能会出现防火间距不足、建筑功能改变、消防组织不健全与监管力量不足等消防安全问题,文章针对这些消防安全问题出现的原因进行探讨,并以婺源县篁岭古村为例提出相应的解决办法,以期能够保证传统村落在开发利用的同时,能够较好地保障消防安全,避免因为火灾事故造成人员伤亡、经济损失、文物损失。The traditional villages in China have naturally evolved over the course of the country’s long history of agrarian civilization,and had rich cultural and natural landscapes.Developing tourism often serves as a key driver for these traditional villages to pursue rural revitalization,to ensure their preservation,and to boost local rural economies.However,during the process of tourism development and the construction of supporting homestays,traditional villages may encounter fire safety issues,such as insufficient fire prevention spacing,alterations in building functionality,inadequate fire-fighting infrastructure,and insufficient supervision power.This paper delves into the reasons of these fire safety concerns and proposes relevant solutions by taking Huangling Ancient Village in Wuyuan County as an example.Thus,while developing and utilizing the traditional villages,the fire safety can also be safeguarded to avoid the casualties,financial losses and damage to cultural heritage caused by fire incidents.
