摘　　要：在工程建设中,设计方不仅通过图纸影响工程造价,也具有全过程项目管理的把控潜力,因此由设计方主导的EPC联合体模式在国内市场中的占比也在逐渐增高。文章分析了EPC联合体模式在建筑行业当下阶段的优势与难点,并以江苏某豪华酒店的建设为研究对象,通过对项目实践的总结,针对性地提出了相应的设计管理流程与具体解决方案。In the engineering construction,the architect team not only influences the project costs by drawings,but also has the potential to conduct whole process project management.Thus,the proportion of the EPC mode oriented by the design team is also increasing gradually in the domestic market.This paper analyzes the current advantages and difficulties of EPC consortium mode in the industry.Taking the construction of a luxury hotel in Jiangsu as the research object,it summarizes the project practice,and then proposes the corresponding design management process and the specific solutions in a targeted way.
