摘　　要：可食景观作为现代新型景观的设计类型,具有兼顾经济效益和美学内涵的双重属性。文章梳理了中国园林艺术的发展脉络,结合可食景观植物在不同时期体现出的不同文化特征进行文化谱系构建,尝试对古代园林植物背后的文化属性进行解析,构建中国古代园林发展的植物文化框架,更好地理解与继承可食景观植物的历史与演进,力求为当下的景观设计提供有力的文化支撑,创造更具有历史传承和文化特色的现代景观。As a new type of modern landscape design,edible landscapes have dual attributes that pay attention to both economic benefits and aesthetic connotations.The paper sorts out the development of Chinese garden art,constructs cultural lineages based on the different cultural characteristics reflected by edible landscape plants in different periods,attempts to analyze the cultural attributes behind the ancient garden plants,and constructs a plant cultural framework for the development of the ancient Chinese gardens.It aims to help people better understand and inherit the history and evolution of edible landscape plants,and strives to provide strong cultural support for the current landscape design,thus creating modern landscapes with more historical inheritance and cultural characteristics.
