摘 要:文章研究了BIM技术在建筑复杂节点深化设计中的应用,旨在通过该技术提高设计的精细化程度和施工效率。文章以广州黄埔临港经济区某商业综合体项目为例,探讨了BIM技术在变形缝、泳池等复杂节点设计中的具体应用方法。研究采用Revit、Navisworks等软件构建三维模型,实现了设计成果的可视化展示、多专业的碰撞检测及优化。结论表明,BIM技术不仅显著提升了复杂节点的设计精度,还增强了多专业的协同设计能力,确保了节点设计的合理性和安全性,为建筑施工提供了强有力的技术支撑,推动了建筑行业的数字化转型。This paper studies the application of BIM technology in the detailed design of complex nodes in buildings,with the aim of improving design refinement and construction efficiency through this technology.Taking a commercial complex project in Huangpu Economic Zone of Guangzhou as an example,the specific application methods of BIM technology in the design of complex nodes,such as deformation joints and swimming pools,etc.,are discussed in detail.The paper adopts Revit,Navisworks and other software to construct the 3D model,which realizes the visual display of design results,collision detection and optimization of multi-disciplines.The conclusion shows that BIM technology not only significantly improves the design accuracy of complex nodes,but also enhances the ability of multidisciplinary collaborative design,ensures the rationality and safety of node design,provides strong technical support for building construction,and promotes the digital transformation of the construction industry.
