摘 要:随着测绘技术的发展,诸多空间信息采集技术被运用到实际工作中。对于城市规划的前期调研而言,由于多数项目涉及的区域尺度较大,现状数据信息的采集较为烦琐。基于此,本研究以泉州市长新村为例,运用无人机倾斜摄影技术提取研究区域的DSM数据,并结合ArcGIS的数据分析工具,识别建筑物的层数信息。研究发现,运用DSM数据能够实现对建筑物层数的快速提取,满足当前城市规划对于前期现状数据的分析要求,对于城市规划运用新技术进行数据采集具有一定的实践意义。With the development of surveying and mapping technology,many spatial information acquisition techniques have been applied to practical work.As for the preliminary research of urban planning,the collection of current data information is more complicated due to the large regional scale involved in most projects.Based on this,this paper takes Changxin Village in Quanzhou as an example,uses the UAV tilt photogrammetry technology to extract the DSM data of the research area,and combines the ArcGIS data analysis tool to identify the storey information of buildings.It is found that the application of DSM data can realize the rapid extraction of the number of building floors,meet the requirements of current urban planning for the analysis of the previous status data,and have certain practical significance for urban planning to collect data with new technology.
