摘  要:观测中心操作人员一般同时负责统计地震计和气象仪器信息。结合地震台站及气象观测场各自的技术要求,分别分析测风塔、雨量器、百叶箱、地震计墩等的使用特点及技术要求,在总结地震台站及气象观测场典型平面布置的基础上,布置地震海啸及海洋气象观测场。提出为避免相互间干扰,地震台站设计为地下或半地下构筑物,与气象观测场组合建设。并以某观测场地为例进行实践解读,为今后类似观测场地设计提供借鉴与指导。The operators in observation center are generally responsible for the statistics of both seismometer and meteorological instruments.Based on the technical requirements of seismic stations and meteorological observation sites,the operational characteristics and technical requirements of wind tower,rain gauge,louver box and seismometer pier are analyzed respectively.On the basis of summarizing the typical plane layout of seismic stations and meteorological observation sites,the earthquake,tsunami and marine meteorological observation sites are arranged.In order to avoid mutual interference,seismic stations are designed as a combination of underground or semi-underground structures,which are constructed in combination with meteorological observation sites.Taking an observation site as an example,the paper interprets its practice and provides references and guidance for the design of similar observation sites in the future.
