摘 要:某新建汽车加油站内的站房,竣工后在使用过程中发现上部结构出现开裂,设计人员分析是由个别相邻柱下桩基础出现不均匀沉降造成。为避免下部地基基础不稳定继续下沉,对部分桩基础采用锚杆静压桩基础加固设计处理,处理结果表明锚杆静压桩基础加固对既有建筑出现不均匀基础沉降有效。可见,一层室内净高不足时,可以选择锚杆静压桩基础加固方式;另外,锚杆静压桩施工对周边环境影响小,施工速度相对较快,而且经济性较好。The superstructure of the station building in a new gas station had cracking during use after completion.The designer analyzed that it was caused by the uneven settlement of the pile foundation under some adjacent columns.In order to eliminate the instable sink of the lower foundation,some pile foundations were strengthened with anchor rod static pressure pile foundation.The results showed that the anchor rod static pressure pile foundation reinforcement is effective for the uneven foundation settlement of the existing buildings.It can be seen that when the indoor net height of the first floor is insufficient,the anchor rod static pressure pile foundation reinforcement can be selected.In addition,the construction of anchor rod static pressure pile has little impact on the surrounding environment,relatively fast construction speed,and good economy.
