摘　　要：2023年,全國海事審判隊伍堅持以習近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想為指導,深入學習貫徹黨的二十大精神和習近平總書記關於加強涉外法制建設重要講話精神,統籌推進國內法治與涉外法治,充分發揮審判職能作用,服務保障海洋強國建設,海事司法的國際公信力和影響力不斷增強。In the year 2023,the national maritime adjudication team adhered to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,thoroughly studied and implemented the guiding principles of the 20th CPC National Congress and General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on strengthening the foreign-related legal systems.
