摘 要:为优化小型堆启停系统设计,消除工程设计潜在风险,需要对启停系统运行瞬态特性开展研究。本文采用热工水力系统分析软件LOCUST建立了小型堆启停系统瞬态计算模型,模拟启停阶段系统内参数变化,并设计了一套基于LOCUST内控制卡的控制逻辑,对液位及压力控制阀门加入了PID控制,对启停系统的液位及压力的控制策略进行了验证。结果表明,启动分离器内部的压力、液位、压力调节阀门变化、液位调节阀门变化符合设计预期。In order to optimize the design of the small reactor start-stop system and eliminate the potential risk of engineering design,it is necessary to study the transient characteristics of the start-stop system.In this paper,the thermal hydraulic system analysis software LOCUST is used to establish a transient calculation model of the small reactor start-stop system,simulate the change of parameters in the system during the start-stop phase,and design a set of control logic based on the control card in LOCUST,the PID control is added to the liquid level and pressure control valve,and the control strategy of the liquid level and pressure of the start-stop system is verified.The results show that the pressure,liquid level,pressure regulating valve and liquid level regulating valve changes in the start-up separator meet the design expectations.
