区域统筹视角下历史文化街区更新提升策略探索--以重庆市磁器口为例

摘　　要：历史文化街区是城市历史文化传承和展示的重要场所,其保护与更新是一个复杂而多维的议题。重庆市沙坪坝区磁器口作为首批中国历史文化街区之一,是重庆市城市更新提升的重要示范区,目前面临着空间局促、权属复杂、交通混乱以及诸多限制要求等多重困境。在区域统筹视角下,提出了推动街区融入城市区域发展、精准施策解决重点问题、提升街区综合防灾能力及培育文化体验新场景的更新提升策略。这些策略旨在合理配置城市区域内外资源,实现优势互补,有效保护和利用历史文化资源,促进街区的有机更新。Historical and culturalblock are important places for the inheritance and display of urban history and culture.Their protection and renewal is a complex and multidimensional issue.Ciqikou,locating in Shapingba District,Chongqing,as one of the first batch of historical and cultural block in China,is an important demonstration area for urban renewal and improvement in Chongqing.At present,Ciqikou is faced by multiple difficulties,such as cramped space,complex ownership,chaotic traffic,and many restrictions.From the perspective of regional coordination,this paper proposes renewal and improvement strategies,such as promoting the integration of blocks into urban regional development,solvingkey problemswith accurate policies for implementation,enhancing comprehensive capabilities of disaster prevention for the blocks,and cultivating new scenes for cultural experience.These strategies aim to rationally allocate resources inside and outside the urban areas,achieve complementary advantages,effectively protect and utilize historical and cultural resources,and promote the organic renewal of blocks.
