摘  要:bZIP(碱性亮氨酸拉链)是一类重要的转录因子家族,由碱性结构区和亮氨酸拉链区构成。bZIP家族庞大,不同亚家族成员各司其职,不仅参与调控植物生长发育过程的信号转导、激素代谢等,而且在植物非生物胁迫响应中也发挥着重要作用。本综述介绍了bZIP的结构、分类与分布,重点总结了bZIP参与种子发育与种子活力调控、植物非生物胁迫响应(高温、低温、盐、干旱)以及对植物生长调节剂应激调控的生物学功能,并对其相关调控机制和应用前景进行了展望,为bZIP在种子活力与植物抗逆胁迫调控中的功能研究提供理论依据,也为其在现代农业分子设计育种中的应用提供理论基础。Basic leucine zipper(bZIP)is an important family of transcription factors,which is composed of basic structural regions and leucine zipper regions.The bZIP family is large,and members of different subfamilies play their own roles.They not only participate in the regulation of signal transduction and hormone metabolism during plant growth and development,but also play important roles in plant abiotic stress response.This review introduces the structure,classification,and distribution of bZIP in plant.Meanwhile,the biological functions of bZIP involved in the regulation of seed development and vigor,plant abiotic stress response(high temperature,low temperature,salt,and drought),and response to plant growth regulators are mainly summarized.Additionally,the relevant regulatory mechanisms and application prospects of bZIP in regulating seed vigor and stress responses are also discussed.This article would provide a theoretical basis for the functional research of bZIP in seed vigor and plant stress resistance regulation,as well as their application in modern agricultural molecular design breeding.
