摘 要:为了验证金属橡胶隔振器在轨道交通领域的适用性,提出了一种试验与仿真相结合的疲劳寿命预测方法。该方法首先构建车-轨-浮置板刚柔耦合动力学模型,获取了隔振器的疲劳载荷谱;其次开展准静态和疲劳加速试验,推导出了材料刚度随载荷加载次数的变化关系;最后搭建隔振器仿真模型,研究了疲劳载荷下隔振器寿命值。结果表明:金属橡胶隔振器的预测寿命值和试验测试的使用寿命均超过300万次,满足地铁浮置板道床隔振器的要求。In order to verify the applicability of metal rubber isolators in the field of rail transit,a fatigue life prediction method combining test and simulation is proposed.Firstly,the rigid-flex coupling dynamic model of vehicle-rail-floating plate is constructed,and the fatigue load spectrum of the isolator is obtained.Secondly,quasi-static and fatigue acceleration tests were carried out,and the relationship between material stiffness and load loading times was derived.Finally,the simulation model of the isolator is constructed,and the life value of the isolator under fatigue load is studied.The results show that the predicted life value and the service life of the test of the metal rubber isolator exceed 3 million times,which meets the requirements of the vibration isolator of the floating plate bed of the subway.
