萤石对石墨尾矿砖性能的影响

摘  要:石墨尾矿是石墨生产过程中产生的一种工业废弃物,大量堆放不仅占用农田,而且还会严重破坏环境,危害当地居民的身体健康。为了解决石墨尾矿的问题,本文利用石墨尾矿和黏土作为主要原材料制作砖,实现将石墨尾矿资源化利用创造一定经济效益的目的。本文在石墨尾矿砖原料中分别添加0.5%,1%,1.5%,2%,2.5%的萤石(CaF2),研究萤石掺量变化对石墨尾矿砖性能的影响规律,发现随着萤石掺量的增加,抗压强度先升高后降低,尺寸偏差随萤石掺量的增加逐渐增大,体积密度变大,吸水率下降。Graphite tailings is an industrial waste produced in the process of graphite production,which not only occupies farmland,but also seriously damages the environment and harms the health of local residents.In order to solve the problem of graphite tailings,this paper uses graphite tailings and clay as main raw materials to make bricks,so as to realize the purpose of recycling graphite tailings and creating certain economic value.In this paper,0.5%,1%,1.5%,2%and 2.5%CaF2 were added to the raw materials of graphite tailings brick,and the influence of CaF2 on the properties of graphite tailings brick was studied.It was found that with the increase of fluorite content,the compressive strength first increased and then decreased,the dimensional deviation gradually increased,the bulk density gradually increased and the water absorption decreased.
