摘  要:为了更好地利用榆林市谷子种质资源,采用多次聚类随机取样法,从200份原种质资源中抽取10%作为核心种质。结果显示,核心种质与原种质表型性状均值差异为0%,极差符合率为86.77%,方差差异为8.33%,变异系数变化率为109.29%。核心种质与原种质12个表型性状平均值t检验不显著,2组多样性指数t检验不显著,表明本研究所构建的核心种质具有代表性。In order to improve the efficiency of millet germplasm resource utilization in Yulin City,10%of the genetic resources of the 200 original germplasm were selected as the core collection by multiple clustering random sampling method.The results showed that the average percentage difference of phenotypic traits between core collection and total collection was 0%,the range coincidence rate was 86.77%,the variance difference rate was 8.33%,and the variation rate of coefficient of variation was 109.29%.The average values of 12 phenotypic traits of core collection and total collection were not significant,and the diversity index of the two groups was not significant,indicating that the selected core collection had good representation.
