摘 要:以光伏组件背板釉面玻璃为研究对象,研究不同釉面涂层厚度对玻璃钢化后应力影响。设计了不同涂层厚度的釉面钢化玻璃,采用散乱光应力法测试釉面区和非釉面区表面应力,同时采用金相显微镜表征釉面钢化玻璃的断面形貌。结果表明,随着釉面涂层厚度的增加,釉面与非釉面钢化区域的表面应力差异逐渐增大,同时从釉面玻璃断面应力分析可知,随着釉面涂层厚度增加,断面应力区域的应力条纹长度减小。In this paper,the glazed glass of photovoltaic module backplane is taken as the research object,and the influence of different glazed coating thickness on the stress of tempered glass is studied.Glazed tempered glass with different coating thickness is designed,and the surface stress in glazed and unglazed areas is measured by random light stress method,while the sectional morphology of glazed tempered glass is characterized by metallography microscope.The results show that the surface stress difference between glazed and unglazed tempered areas gradually increase with the increase of glazed coating thickness.And based on the analysis of the stress in the cross-section of glazed glass,it can be found that with the increase of glazed coating thickness,the length of stress fringes in the section stress area decreases.
