铁质材料屏蔽混凝土道面材料在低频电磁波下的性能研究

摘  要:阐明了铁质材料屏蔽混凝土道面的原材料选择、试验方法,研究了铁质材料屏蔽混凝土道面路用性能、耐久性能和电磁屏蔽性能。结果表明,不掺加钢渣粉的屏蔽混凝土道面材料抗压强度近似于普通混凝土道面材料,抗折强度优于普通混凝土道面材料,满足300次冻融循环要求;随着铁质材料掺量及混凝土厚度增加,屏蔽混凝土道面材料屏蔽效能逐渐增大;在2.45GHz的频率下,细骨料钢渣粉掺量为30%、粗骨料磁铁矿掺量为40%和赤铁矿石掺量为60%的混凝土每增加厚度1cm,屏蔽效能值增加2.8dB。This paper expounds the raw material selection and test method of the shielding concrete pavement made of iron material,and studies the pavement performance,durability and electromagnetic shielding performance of the shielding concrete pavement made of iron material.The results show that the compressive strength of shielding concrete pavement material without steel slag powder is similar to that of ordinary concrete pavement material,and the flexural strength is better than that of ordinary concrete pavement material,meeting the requirements of 300 freeze-thaw cycles.With the increase of the content of iron material and the thickness of concrete,the shielding effectiveness of shielding concrete pavement material increases gradually.At 2.45GHz frequency,the shielding effectiveness value increases by 2.8dB with every 1cm increase in the thickness of concrete,with 30%fine aggregate steel slag powder,40%coarse aggregate magnetite and 60%hematite.
