摘 要:抗压强度作为灌浆料的重要性能指标之一。为此,本文利用多特征融合技术,展开水泥基灌浆料抗压强度检测方法研究。制备符合标准的水泥基灌浆料样品,提取灌浆料的物理性能特征、化学性能特征与微观结构特征,对提取的水泥基灌浆料特征进行融合处理。并根据试块的尺寸和抗压强度破坏荷载,试验得出试块的抗压强度。结果表明,该方法在水泥基灌浆料抗压强度检测中表现出较高的准确性,误差值不超过0.2MPa,且在不同龄期和试块分组中均能保持稳定的检测性能,应用优势显著。Compressive strength is one of the important performance indicators of grouting materials.In this paper,a method for testing the compressive strength of cement-based grouting materials is proposed using multi feature fusion technology.Prepare cement-based grout samples that meet the standards,extract the physical,chemical,and microstructural characteristics of the grout,fuse the extracted features of cement-based grouting materials.Based on the size and compressive strength failure load,the compressive strength of the test block is obtained.The results show that this method exhibits high accuracy in the detection of compressive strength of cement-based grouting materials,with an error value not exceeding 0.2MPa.It can maintain stable detection performance at different ages and test block groups,and has significant application advantages.
