摘  要:冠状动脉疾病是炎症介导的全身性疾病,炎症风险评估在疾病的早期预防和干预中扮演着关键角色。本文综述了冠状动脉疾病中炎症的多种无创评估方法的研究现状,包括血检指标、影像学评价指标,以及人工智能技术并探讨了未来研究方向。Coronary artery disease is the inflammatory systemic diseases mediated by inflammation,so the inflammatory risk assessment plays a key role in the early prevention and intervention of the disease.This article reviews the current state of research on various non-invasive inflammatory assessment methods in coronary artery disease,including blood markers,imaging evaluation indicators,and the application of artificial intelligence technology,and discusses the future research directions.
