抑郁症与心房颤动关系的研究进展

摘　　要：抑郁症是一种高发病率、高临床治愈率、高复发率的精神障碍。其主要特征是显著而持久的情绪低落,有的患者可能存在自伤、自杀行为。流行病学调查发现,抑郁症患者心房颤动发病率高于非抑郁症者,相关研究表明,抑郁症会诱导机体发生下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴失衡、炎症反应、氧化应激等一系列改变,上述改变可以通过诱导心肌发生电重构与结构重塑的方式增加心房颤动发生的可能性。因此,本文将从抑郁症作为心房颤动发病诱因这一角度,对抑郁症与心房颤动之间的关系进行综述。Depression is a mental disorder with high incidence rate,high clinical cure rate and high recurrence rate.Its main feature is a significant and lasting emotional depression,and some patients may have selfinjury and suicidal behavior.Epidemiological surveys have found that the incidence rate of atrial fibrillation in patients with depression is higher than that in non-depressed patients.Relevant studies have shown that depression can induce a series of changes in the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis imbalance,inflammatory response,oxidative stress and other related factors in the body.These changes can increase the likelihood of atrial fibrillation by inducing electrical remodeling and structural remodeling in the heart muscle.This article reviews the relationship between depression and atrial fibrillation from the perspective of depression as a trigger for the onset of atrial fibrillation.
