地方高校艺术硕士培养模式优化的现实困境及纾解路径

摘　　要：艺术硕士培养在艺术实践领域承担着培养高级应用型人才的重任,是提升全民文化素质和综合素养的核心力量。通过对我国地方高校艺术硕士培养现状的调查发现,当前艺术硕士培养存在着培养目标同质、课程结构失衡、专业实践乏力、双导师制虚置、评价体系不健全等问题。地方高校须进一步突出其艺术硕士职业性、实践性特征,确立从“三位一体”的人才培养目标、构建螺旋式递进的“四模块”课程体系、以“项目制”为抓手,发挥多要素聚合驱动效应,提升专业实践教学成效、打造双向互补型双导师团队、实施多主体全链条教育评价五个方面来优化培养模式。A nationwide survey and analysis of Master of Fine Arts programs in local universities reveal several critical issues in student cultivation,including uniform training objectives,imbalanced curriculum structures,insufficient professional practice,an ineffective dual-tutor system,and a flawed evaluation framework.To enhance the effectiveness of Master of Fine Arts education,local universities must emphasize the program’s professional and practical aspects.This can be achieved by optimizing the cultivation model through five key strategies:establishing a“three-in-one”talent development goal,designing a spiral and progressive“four-module”curriculum,enhancing professional practice teaching effectiveness,creating a mutually supportive dual-mentor system,and implementing a comprehensive,multi-faceted evaluation process.
