摘  要:CFD技术应用于船舶设计是当前船舶业界的趋势。本文基于某集装箱船设计要求,运用CFD技术对机舱空间温度场进行量化分析,通过对比分析进出港口工况和海上航行工况的温度场、流线场,发现机舱不同高度和位置的温度差异及形成的原因,提出了风口改型、加装通风管、横梁加开孔等优化方向,为现代船舶机舱通风设计和验证提供了有效的技术手段。The application of CFD technology in ship design is the current trend in the ship industry.According to the design technical requirements of a certain container ship,this article conducts quantitative analysis and optimization by CFD technology for engine room space temperature.Through comparative analysis of temperature field and streamline field when the ship is leaving or entering a port and sailing at sea working conditions,it is found that there are temperature differences and formation causes at different heights and positions of the engine room.Optimization directions such as modifying the air outlet,installing ventilation pipes,and adding openings to the crossbeam are proposed.This provides an effective technical means for the design and verification of ventilation in modern ship engine rooms.
