摘 要:针对船舶火灾场景下的智慧应急技术与管理,本研究提出一种船舶火灾监控预警与逃生决策平台的设计方案,其思路主要为火灾的提前预警与逃生路线的决策。研究形成了船舶火灾监控预警与逃生决策综合平台的设计框架,提出了平台各部分的功能以及相关设备选型的要求。本研究对于提高船舶火灾预测能力、增强火灾应急响应能力、保障船员生命安全和提升船舶消防安全管理水平具有重要意义。Aiming at the intelligent emergency response technology and management in ship fire scenarios,this study proposes a design scheme of ship fire monitoring,warning and escape decision-making platform,whose idea is mainly for the early warning of fire and the decision-making of escape routes.The study forms the design framework of the comprehensive platform for ship fire monitoring,warning and escape decision-making,and points out the functions of each part of the platform as well as the requirements for the selection of related equipment.This study is of great significance for improving the ship fire prediction capability,enhancing the fire emergency response capability,safeguarding the crew's life safety and improving the ship fire safety management level.
