摘 要:渔政船为了保证执法时的航速、续航力和自持力,采用铝合金上建减少空船重量显得尤为重要。铝合金与碳钢物理性质和熔点差别大,很难用传统的直接熔焊方式焊接。本文以渔政船为目标船型,采用层次分析法对其采用的“铝-铝-钢复合材料接头”作为焊接介质,并配合使用绝缘螺栓将铝钢连接的方式,探讨一种船舶铝钢结构船的连接解决方案。该方案可有效解决钢铝结构连接技术难题,提高连接效率,具有较好的经济效益。In order to ensure the speed,endurance and self-sustaining ability of the fishery administration ship during law enforcement,it is particularly important for reducing the lightship weight by using the aluminum alloy superstructure.Due to the large difference in physical properties and melting point between aluminum alloy and carbon steel,it is very difficult to use the traditional direct fusion welding method.Therefore,this paper takes the fishery administration ship as the target ship type,adopts the hierarchical analysis method to use the"aluminum-aluminum-steel composite matreial joint"as the welding medium,and in cooperating with insulation bolts as steel-aluminum connection method,and explores a connection solution for aluminum and steel structure ship.This solution can effectively solve the technical problems of steel and aluminum structure connection,improve connection efficiency,and have good economic benefits.
