摘　　要：本文总结了大型邮轮船员舱室的建造管理经验,分析了船员舱室在背景工程建造中详细舾装计划(DOP)的重要性,内装装饰工程施工的基本流程,船员舱室完工报验项目及标准等关键点,为船员舱室的建造提供经验参考。This paper summarizes the experience of the construction management of the crew cabins of a large cruise ship,and analyzes such key points as the importance of detail outfitting plan(DOP)in the background engineering construction of the crew cabins,the basic process of the interior decoration engineering construction,and the completion inspection items and standards of the crew cabin,so as to provide experience reference for the construction of the crew cabins.
