摘　　要：基于2012—2022年中国沪深A股上市企业数据,使用双向固定效应模型、中介效应模型,实证分析融通创新对数字全球价值链嵌入的直接影响以及新质生产力在二者间的作用机制。研究发现:融通创新会加速数字全球价值链嵌入。并且,融通创新主要通过提升新质生产力水平助力数字全球价值链嵌入。异质性分析表明,相较于成长期和衰退期的企业,融通创新对成熟期企业数字全球价值链嵌入的促进作用最显著;相较于非国有企业,融通创新更能促进国有企业数字全球价值链嵌入。据此,应开发多元主体支撑的融通创新模式,全方位提升新质生产力发展水平,实施差异化数字全球价值链嵌入战略,助力企业高质量嵌入数字全球价值链。Based on the data of China’s Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed enterprises from 2012 to 2022,this study uses a two-way fixed effects model and a mediation effect model to empirically analyzes the direct impact of co-innovation on digital global value chain embedding,as well as the mechanism of the role of new quality productivity between the two.It is found that co-innovation will accelerate digital global value chain embedding,and this conclusion is still valid after a series of robustness and endogeneity tests.Moreover,co-innovation mainly contributes to the embedding of digital global value chains by improving the level of new quality productivity.Heterogeneity analysis shows that,compared with enterprises in growth and decline stages,co-innovation has the most significant promoting effect on digital global value chain embedding of mature enterprises.Compared with non-state-owned enterprises,co-innovation can promote the digital global value chain embedding of state-owned enterprises.Therefore,we should develop co-innovation model supported by multiple entities,comprehensively improve the development level of new quality productivity,implement differentiated digital global value chain embedding strategy,so as to help enterprises to embed digital global value chain with high quality.
