基质沥青对高掺量SBS改性沥青性能的影响

摘  要:以8种不同的基质沥青制备了高掺量SBS改性沥青并对其进行热氧老化,探讨了基质沥青组成和物理性能与高掺量SBS改性沥青物理性能和老化性能之间的关系,结果表明:基质沥青的高低温性能与高掺量SBS改性沥青的高低温性能没有关联;基质沥青的四组分与高掺量SBS改性沥青的低温性能关联性较强,饱和分含量多、沥青质含量少的沥青,所制备的高掺量SBS改性沥青低温柔度越好;基质沥青的芳香环数越大,所制备的高掺量SBS改性沥青抗老化性能越好。High-content SBS modified asphalt was prepared with 8 different base asphalt and subjected to thermal oxygen aging.The relationship between the composition and physical properties of base asphalt,aging properties of high-content SBS modified asphalt was discussed.The results show that the high and low temperature performance of base asphalt is not related to the high and low temperature performance of high-content SBS modified asphalt.The four components of base asphalt have strong correlation with the low temperature performance of high-content SBS modified asphalt,high-content SBS modified asphalt prepared from asphalt with high saturation content and low asphaltene content has better low temperature flexibility.The greater the number of aromatic rings of the base asphalt,the better the anti-aging performance of the prepared high-content SBS modified.
