摘 要:对当前碳纤维制备的主要原料、方法、工艺步骤、前体纤维的表面处理、碳纳米纤维的制备工艺和结构、木质素基碳纤维的制备、生物质基活性炭纤维的制备等进行了分析,着重对纤维强化和稳定化反应的一般理论及代表性研究结论进行了阐述,同时介绍了全球碳纤维的主要生产商、产能与产品性能。基于国外碳纤维制备领域的研究现状和研究焦点,简要分析了由于产能扩大而带来的原料和废弃物方面的挑战,预测了木质素基碳纤维的制备和碳纤维增强聚合物的回收将成为未来研究的热点,碳纤维的研究也将向着更加微观的方向发展。The analysis was made on the main raw materials of carbon fiber preparation,preparation methods,process steps,surface treatment of precursor fibers,preparation process and structure of carbon nanofiber,preparation of lignin-based carbon fiber,preparation of biomass-based activated carbon fiber,etc.,with emphasis on elaborating the general theory and representative research conclusions of fiber reinforcement and stabilization reaction.At the same time,the main global carbon fiber manufacturers,production capacity and product performance were introduced.Based on the foreign research status and research focus on carbon fiber preparation,the challenges in raw materials and wastes caused by the capacity expansion were analyzed briefly,and it was predicted that the preparation of lignin-based carbon fiber and the recycling of carbon fiber reinforced polymers would become the future research hotspots.The research on carbon fiber would also develop in a more microscopic direction.
