摘 要:为提高加热炉热效率,降低煤气消耗,以神木市某兰炭企业的蓄热式加热炉工业运行数据为基础,对其热效率进行了研究分析。介绍了加热炉的工艺流程、特点、设备、主要参数,以依据GB/T 32287—2015《高炉热风炉热平衡测定与计算方法》测试的工业运行数据为基础,得出改进前后加热炉的热效率。分析结果表明:通过回收烟气余热将排出烟气温度降低10℃、对热煤气管道进行保温等改进措施,可使加热炉系统的热效率由82.3%提高到86.3%。In order to improve the thermal efficiency of the heating furnace and reduce gas consumption,the study and analysis were conducted on the thermal efficiency of a regenerative heating furnace of a semi-coke enterprise in Shenmu City based on its industrial operation data.The process flow,characteristics,equipment and main parameters of the regenerative heating furnace were introduced.Based on the industrial operation data tested according to GB/T 32287—2015“Method of Determination and Calculation of Heat Balance for Hot Stove in Blast Furnace”,the thermal efficiency of the heating furnace before and after the improvement was calculated.The analysis results indicated that by reducing the exhaust gas temperature by 10℃and insulating the hot gas pipeline,the thermal efficiency of the heating furnace system could be increased from 82.3%to 86.3%.
