摘  要:对唐山中润煤化工有限公司的焦化废水纳滤分盐项目及宁东矿区的矿井水、煤化工废水纳滤分盐项目的设计及运行进行了研究,结果表明:纳滤膜元件具有较高的分离特性,纳滤对氯离子具有负截留的特性,范围一般为-9.5%~-40%,对硫酸根截留率在90%~99%,对其他离子也有不同的截留率,水回收率可达80%以上,纳滤分盐工艺在废水零排放领域具有很好的应用前景。The study was made on the design and operation of the nanofiltration salt separation projects of coking wastewater of Tangshan Zhongrun Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.and the mine water and coal chemical wastewater of Ningdong Mining Area.The results showed that the nanofiltration membrane element had high separation characteristics,and nanofiltration had negative retention characteristics for chloride ions,generally ranging from-9.5%to-40%.The retention rate for sulfate ions was 90%to 99%,and it also had different retention rates for other ions.The water recovery rate could reach more than 80%,and the nanofiltration salt separation process had a good application prospect in the field of zero discharge of wastewater.
