摘  要:河南心连心公司7台离心式压缩机机组在运行过程中长期存在防喘阀无法全部关闭的现象,导致蒸汽通过回流或放空方式做无用功,为此选取公司江西基地CO_(2)离心压缩机机组进行优化。介绍了防喘振控制系统的优化思路、原理及过程。改造后,在条件允许的情况下,防喘阀在防喘振控制系统的作用下,可关至控制的最小开度,即运行点至防喘振调节线位置骑线运行;蒸汽使用量在额定工况下比原同等工况下降低2 t/h,每年可节约费用320万元左右。In response to the long-term problem of the anti-surge valve unable to be fully closed during the operation of 7 centrifugal compressor units in Henan Xinlianxin Chemical Industry Group Co.,Ltd.,which led to steam doing useless work through reflux or venting,the CO_(2)centrifugal compressor unit in Jiangxi Base of Henan Xinlianxin Chemical Industry Group Co.,Ltd.was selected for the optimization.The optimization ideas,principles and process of anti-surge control system were introduced.After the renovation,if conditions allowed,the anti-surge valve could be closed to the minimum control opening under the action of the anti-surge control system,i.e.operation along the line from the operating point to the anti-surge adjustment line position.The steam usage was decreased by 2 t/h under rated condition compared to the original equivalent condition,resulting in an annual cost saving of approximately 3.2 million yuan.
