核桃壳碳基固体酸催化蒎烯水合反应

摘  要:以废弃核桃壳为原料,采用氯化锌活化、浓硫酸磺化制备了碳基固体酸,并应用于催化α-蒎烯合成α-松油醇,研究了制备条件对核桃壳碳基固体酸结构及催化性能的影响。结果表明:所制备的碳基固体酸磺酸酸值为0.84 mmol·g^(-1)、总酸酸值为4.14 mmol·g^(-1)、比表面积为308 m^(2)·g^(-1)、平均孔径为2.39 nm。在最优的条件下,α-蒎烯的转化率达到96.2%,α-松油醇的产率和选择性分别为54.1%和56.2%。经过3次重复使用后催化性能下降,但经过稀盐酸再生后α-蒎烯的转化率仍达93.2%,α-松油醇产率和选择性分别为52.8%和54.4%。该催化反应符合一级动力学模型,反应活化能为72.73 kJ·mol^(-1)。A carbon-based solid acid derived from walnut shell was prepared by zinc chloride activation and subsequent sulfonation by concentrated sulfuric acid,and was used to catalyze the synthesis ofα-terpinol from hydration ofα-pinene.The effect of preparation condition for the solid acid on its structure and the catalytic performance was investigated.The reaction conditions for the synthesis ofα-terpineol were optimized.The results showed that the carbon-based solid acid had a sulfonic acid density of 0.84 mmol·g^(-1),a total acid density of 4.14 mmol·g^(-1),a specific surface area of 308 m^(2)·g^(-1)and an average pore diameter of 2.39 nm.Under optimum preparation condition,the conversion ofα-pinene for the catalytic reaction reached 96.2%,and the yield and selectivity ofα-terpinol were 54.1%and 56.2%respectively.The catalytic performance of the carbon-based solid acid decreased after 3 times of repeated use,however,after simple recovery by dilute hydrochloric acid the conversion ofα-pinene,yield and selectivity ofα-terpinol were recovered to 93.2%,52.8%and 54.4%,respectively.The catalytic kinetics showed that the hydration ofα-pinene was first order reaction,and the activation energy of the reaction was 72.73 kJ·mol^(-1).
