摘 要:随着全球对清洁能源需求的增加,天然气水合物作为一种潜在的能源资源受到广泛关注。通过实验分析和模拟,探讨了化学添加剂对天然气水合物固态流化开采中井壁稳定性的影响。通过在实验室模拟井环境中设置不同的温度(0~15℃)和压力(5~20 MPa)条件,系统地评估了化学添加剂(甲醇和乙二醇)对水合物形成速率及其机械稳定性的影响。结果表明:化学添加剂能显著改变水合物的形成和解离速率,在5℃和10 MPa的条件下,添加抑制剂后水合物的形成率从79.4%降至63.2%,解离时间从2.3 h延长至3.8 h。此外,抑制剂的使用对水合物的抗压强度和弹性特性也产生了影响,在0℃和20 MPa的条件下,未添加抑制剂的水合物抗压强度为21.6 MPa,而添加抑制剂后抗压强度提高至23.4 MPa。同样,储能模量从未添加抑制剂时的1200 MPa增加至1350 MPa,从而提高了材料的整体稳定性。As the global demand for clean energy increases,natural gas hydrates have received widespread attention as a potential energy resource.In this paper,the impact of chemical additives on wellbore stability in solid fluidized production of natural gas hydrate was explored through experimental analysis and simulation.The effects of chemical additives(methanol and ethylene glycol)on hydrate formation rates and mechanical stability were systematically evaluated by setting different temperature(0~15℃)and pressure(5~20 MPa)conditions in a laboratory simulated well environment.Research results showed that chemical additives could significantly change the formation and dissociation rates of hydrates.Under the conditions of 5℃and 10 MPa,the hydrate formation rate dropped from 79.4%to 63.2%after adding inhibitors,and the dissociation time extended from 2.3 h to 3.8 h.In addition,the use of inhibitors also had an impact on the compressive strength and elastic properties of hydrates.Under the conditions of 0℃and 20 MPa,the compressive strength of hydrates without inhibitors was 21.6 MPa,while after adding inhibitors,the compressive strength increased to 23.4 MPa.Likewise,the storage modulus increased from 1200 MPa without inhibitor addition to 1350 MPa,thereby improving the overall stability of the material.
