摘  要:以温度敏感型聚丙烯共聚物P(MEO2MA-co-EGMA360)为研究对象,与棉织物的交联比例为17∶3,将其与棉织物进行交联,制成了一种新型的温敏纤维材料。结果表明:采用质量分数为8%高分子质量分数的交联棉织物,在130℃烘干2 min后,可使其在35~40℃发生突变,具有良好的温敏性;利用其在低温条件下的亲水性,可大幅度提高织物的清洗能力。当其高于相变温度时,其表层从原来的致密隔膜向多孔隔膜过渡,从而达到调控透湿量、实现改善服装穿着舒适度的目的。A new type of temperature-sensitive fiber material was prepared by crosslinking polypropylene copolymer p(MEO2MA-co-EGMA360)with cotton fabric at the ratio of 17∶3.It was found that the crosslinked cotton fabric with 8%mass fraction polymer could be mutated at 35~40℃after drying at 130℃for 2 min,which made it have good temperature sensitivity.Using its hydrophilicity at low temperature,the cleaning ability of fabric could be greatly improved.When the temperature was higher than the phase transition temperature,its surface layer transited from the original dense diaphragm to the porous diaphragm,so as to achieve the purpose of regulating the moisture permeability and improving the comfort of clothing.
