摘  要:在高温高压低渗透储层中,采用缓释酸体系是实现深层酸侵蚀和提高酸效率的关键。对一种新型缓释酸在高压高温酸化应用中的性能进行了实验评估。该缓释机制采用基于聚合物树脂的配方,限制酸液分子的质子迁移能力。实验选用石灰岩样本,分为两组实验,一组在120℃条件下进行,另一组在150℃条件下进行,酸注入速率为0.5~10 cm^(3)·min^(-1)。监测了酸穿透所需的孔隙体积(PVBT)。在120℃和150℃条件下,最佳注入速率分别为2.5 cm^(3)·min^(-1)和7 cm^(3)·min^(-1),对应的PVBT分别为0.40 PV和0.43 PV。结果表明,形成有效的虫洞剖面,呈现出主要的单一轨迹以及少量的分支。结果得到了电感耦合等离子体(ICP)分析测定的钙离子浓度分布图的验证。采用该有机多元酸体系可以实现更深的酸侵蚀,并且所需注入的酸体积较小,作业效率更高。In high-temperature,high-pressure,low-permeability reservoirs,the use of a slow-release acid system is the key to achieving deep acid erosion and improving acid efficiency.In this study,the performance of a new type of slow-release acid in high-pressure,high-temperature acidizing applications was experimentally evaluated.The slow-release mechanism utilizes a polymer resin-based formulation that limits the proton migration ability of acid molecules.Limestone samples were selected for the experiments,which were divided into two sets of experiments,one at 120℃and the other at 150℃,with acid injection rates ranging from 0.5 cm^(3)·min^(-1)to 10 cm3·min^(-1).The pore volume required for acid penetration(PVBT)was monitored.The optimal injection rates were 2.5 cm3·min^(-1)and 6 cm3·min^(-1),corresponding to PVBTs of 0.40 PV and 0.43 PV at 120℃and 150℃,respectively.The results indicated the formation of effective wormhole profiles showing predominantly single trajectories as well as a small number of branches.The results were validated by the calcium ion mass concentration profiles determined by inductively coupled plasma(ICP)analysis.Deeper acid erosion could be achieved using this organic polyacid acid system,and a smaller volume of injected acid was required for more efficient operation.
