摘 要:芦荟因其成本低、易得、对环境友好而被广泛用作增稠剂和增黏剂。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱对芦荟进行了表征,并使用热重分析法(TGA)对芦荟的热稳定性进行了研究。芦荟的TGA分析结果表明,其具有较强的热稳定性。芦荟以不同的质量分数(0.25%、0.50%、1.00%)加入无黏土水基钻井液体系中。实验结果表明,添加质量分数1.00%芦荟后,低剪切屈服点(LSYP)增加了45%,添加质量分数1.00%的芦荟溶液可以减少20%的失水。在钻井液中添加质量分数0.25%芦荟后,滤失量降低了2.8%;添加质量分数0.50%和1.00%的芦荟,钻井液滤失量分别减少了17.7%和20.5%。与常规的降滤失剂淀粉相比,芦荟表现出相当出色的性能。与不含芦荟的体系相比,芦荟基钻井液形成了薄的滤饼。与淀粉相比,芦荟优势在于对流变性能的影响较小。实验结果表明,芦荟可以作为钻井液中淀粉的替代品,且不会影响钻井液的其他性能。Aloe vera is widely used as thickener and viscosity builder due to its low cost,easy availability and environmental friendliness.The aloe vera powder was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,and the thermal stability of aloe vera was investigated using thermogravimetric analysis.The TGA analysis results of aloe vera powder showed its high thermal stability.Aloe vera powder was added at different mass fractions(0.25%,0.50%and 1.00%)to the clay-free water-based drilling fluid system.Experimental results showed that the addition of mass fraction 1.00%aloe vera increased the LSYP by 45%,and the addition of mass fraction 1.00%aloe vera solution reduced the water loss by 20%.The addition of mass fraction 0.25%aloe vera to the drilling fluid reduced the filtration loss by 2.8%.For 0.50%and 1.00%aloe vera mass fractions,the filtration loss was reduced by 17.7%and 20.5%,respectively.Aloe vera showed comparable performance when compared to conventional loss-in-filtration agent starch.Aloe-based drilling fluids formed a thin filter cake compared to formulations without aloe.The advantage of aloe vera over starch was that it had less effect on the rheological properties.The experimental results showed that aloe vera could be used as a substitute for starch in drilling fluids without affecting the other performance of drilling fluids.
