摘　　要：酸性介质是天然气管道化学腐蚀的最大诱因,酸性介质(如硫化氢、二氧化碳等)可能导致管道内壁的腐蚀,酸性物质与管道材料的反应会导致金属损失和管道变薄,从而可能引发泄漏和其他安全问题。以硫酸为例,使用了3种不同浓度的硫酸(0.15、0.3、3 mol·L^(-1)),探究其对天然气管道高碳钢材料的影响。实验结果表明,当酸性介质(硫酸溶液)浓度增加时,由于高浓度酸性介质的影响,腐蚀速率不断增加。同时,通过对高碳钢腐蚀速率的动力学研究,认为腐蚀反应速率与单种物质的浓度呈现线性关系,因此其遵循伪一级动力学。通过实验发现,使用聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)的聚合物电解质液体可以有效地降低天然气管道中的酸性介质浓度,从而为天然气管道提供进一步的防腐蚀保护。PMMA应被视为聚合物电解质领域的一种新型化合物,未来在工业电化学防腐蚀领域会得到更多推广与应用。Acidic media is the biggest cause of chemical corrosion in natural gas pipelines.Acidic media(such as hydrogen sulfide,carbon dioxide,etc.)may cause corrosion of the inner walls of pipelines.The reaction between acidic substances and pipeline materials can lead to metal loss and thinning of pipelines,which may cause leaks and other safety issues.Taking sulfuric acid as an example,three different concentrations of sulfuric acid(0.15 mol·L^(-1),0.3 mol·L^(-1),3 mol·L^(-1))was used to explore the effect on high carbon steel used as a natural gas pipeline material.The experimental results indicated that as the concentration of acidic medium(sulfuric acid solution)increased,the corrosion rate continuously increased due to the influence of high concentration acidic medium.Meanwhile,by studying the kinetics of corrosion rate of high carbon steel,it was believed that the corrosion reaction rate exhibited a linear relationship with the concentration of a single substance,and therefore followed pseudo first order kinetics.Through experiments,it was found that the use of polymer electrolyte liquids containing polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)could effectively reduce the concentration and intensity of acidic media in natural gas pipelines,thereby providing further corrosion protection for natural gas pipelines.Polymethyl methacrylate should be regarded as a new type of compound in the field of polymer electrolytes,and it will be further promoted and applied in the field of industrial electrochemical corrosion protection in the future.
