摘  要:石化行业挥发性有机物(VOCs)排放的合理控制是中国石化行业推进生态环境治理、践行青山绿水发展理念的必然之路。通过文献查阅石化园区污染状况,分析了石化园区整体VOCs排放现状、石油炼制和石油化工工艺过程VOCs排放种类特征。结果表明:石化园区VOCs排放整体以烷烃(27.50%~86.73%)为主,其次是芳香烃(2.53%~30.08%)和烯烃(6.17%~45.68%);石油炼制以烷烃(35.00%~73.60%)和芳香烃(8.50%~32.00%)为主,其中催化裂化、加氢裂化、催化重整、延迟焦化过程均以烷烃(38.48%~87.44%)排放为主;石油化工主要特征污染物为烯烃(22.00%~69.30%),其中烯烃(19.56%~37.32%)和芳香烃(34.78%~82.84%)排放与各自产品相关。目前,我国VOCs监测方法标准体系尚未完善,VOCs治理主要依赖于单一治理技术,针对性综合治理技术及治理思维缺乏。在未来的研究中,应注重推动VOCs即时在线监测技术、组合治理技术和绿色环保技术发展。The reasonable control of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)emissions in the petrochemical industry is an inevitable path for China's petrochemical industry to promote ecological environment governance and practice the green mountains and green waters development concept.Through literature review of the pollution situation in petrochemical parks,the overall VOCs emission status,types and characteristics of VOCs emissions from petroleum refining and petrochemical processes in petrochemical parks were analyzed.The results showed that the overall VOCs emissions from petrochemical parks were mainly composed of alkanes(27.50%~86.73%),followed by aromatic hydrocarbons(2.53%~30.08%)and olefins(6.17%~45.68%);Petroleum refining was mainly composed of alkanes(35.00%~73.60%)and aromatic hydrocarbons(8.50%~32.00%).Among them,catalytic cracking,hydrocracking,catalytic reforming and delayed coking processes were all dominated by alkane(38.48%~87.44%)emissions;the main characteristic pollutants of petrochemical industry were olefins(22.00%~69.30%),among which the emissions of olefins(19.56%~37.32%)and aromatic hydrocarbons(34.78%~82.84%)were related to their respective products.The standard system for VOCs monitoring methods in China was not yet perfect,and VOCs governance mainly relied on a single governance technology,with a lack of targeted comprehensive governance technology and governance thinking.In future research,attention should be paid to promoting the development of VOCs real-time online monitoring technology,combined governance technology,and green environmental protection technology.
