二次锻造变形对Cr-Mo-V系模具钢球化退火后的组织及冲击性能的影响

摘  要:采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、高分辨率透射电镜、冲击试验机等测试手段,研究了二次锻造变形对Cr-Mo-V系模具钢球化退火后的显微组织、析出相及冲击性能的影响。结果表明,与常规一次镦拔变形相比,二次径向锻造和二次镦拔变形工艺下模具钢球化退火后的显微组织、网状碳化物获得明显优化,冲击吸收能量分别提升了12%和58%,析出碳化物数量增多且弥散分布。Effect of secondary forging deformation on microstructure,precipitation and impact properties of Cr-Mo-V die steel was studied by means of metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope,high resolution transmission electron microscope and impact testing machine.The results show that compared with conventional upsetting and drawing deformation,the microstructure and network carbides of the die steel after spheroidizing annealing under secondary radial forging and secondary upsetting and drawing deformation processes are significantly optimized,the impact absorbed energy are improved by 12%and 58%,respectively,and the precipitated carbides increases in quantity and is dispersed.
