摘 要:为开发具有优异高温抗氧化性能的新型合金材料,以CoCrNi合金为基体,协同添加Al和Ta元素,制备了(CoCrNi)_(96-x)Ta_(4)Al_(x)(x=3,6,12)高熵合金,研究了Al含量对合金微观组织、相结构以及1200℃高温抗氧化行为和氧化动力学的影响。结果表明,随着Al含量的增加,(CoCrNi)_(96-x)Ta_(4)Al_(x)(x=3,6,12)高熵合金基体从FCC相逐渐转变成BCC相,其中(CoCrNi)_(90)Ta_(4)Al_(6)。合金形成了FCC+BCC双相结构。(CoCrNi)_(96-x)Ta_(4)Al_(x)(x=3,6,12)高熵合金在1200℃高温循环氧化条件下表现出良好的抗氧化性能,随着Al含量的增加,其抗氧化性能也随之提高,氧化动力学曲线和氧化速率常数平稳。(CoCrNi)_(96-x)Ta_(4)Al_(x)(x=3,6,12)高熵合金氧化后的表面氧化层主要由Cr_(2)O_(3)、Al_(2)O_(3)和少量Ta_(2)O_(5),组成,高温下完整致密的氧化层很好地保护了合金,使合金的高温抗氧化性能十分优异。In order to develop new alloy materials with excellent high temperature oxidation resistance,Al and Ta was added in a synergistic manner into the base substrate of CoCrNi alloy to prepare(CoCrNi)_(96-x)Ta_(4)Al_(x)(x=3,6,12)high entropy alloy,and the effect of Al content on microstructure,phase structure,high temperature oxidation resistance and oxidation kinetics at 1200 C of the alloy was studied.The results show that with the increase of Al content,the matrix of the(CoCrNi)_(96-x)Ta_(4)Al_(x)(x=3,6,12)high entropy alloy gradually transforms from FCC phase to BCC phase,and the(CoCrNi)_(090)Ta_(4)Al_(6)alloy forms FCC+BCC dual-phase.The(CoCrNi)_(96-x)Ta_(4)Al_(x)(x=3,6,12)high entropy alloy exhibits good oxidation resistance after high temperature cyclic oxidation at 1200 C.Moreover,with the increase of Al content,the oxidation resistance also increases,and the oxidation kinetic curve and oxidation rate constant are stable.The surface oxide layer of the(CoCrNi)_(96-x)Ta_(4)Al_(x)(x=3,6,12)high entropy alloy after oxidation is mainly composed of Cr_(2)O_(3)、Al_(2)O_(3)and a small amount of Ta_(2)O_(5).The complete and dense oxide layer formed at high temperature effectively protects the alloy,so that the high temperature oxidation resistance of the alloy is very excellent.
