摘 要:为深入分析运维环境对风电系统退化过程的影响,尽可能提高系统可靠性,并降低运维成本,在考虑运维环境影响基础上基于剩余寿命预测理论提出风电系统的动态预防性状态维修策略。该策略将风电系统运维环境划分为3大类,通过构建环境状态转移矩阵,利用维纳过程分析机组在不同运维环境下的退化过程,在此基础上进一步通过维修阈值和预测机组剩余寿命确定风电系统检测时刻,建立动态预防性状态维修决策模型。算例分析结果验证模型的有效性和可行性,策略对比和灵敏性分析结果进一步表明,该策略在降低风电系统维修成本方面具有明显的经济优势,且运维环境对风电系统维修决策的影响确实存在,考虑运维环境影响的维修决策建模能够为风电系统管理者提供理论参考。With the aim of deeply analyzing the influence of operation and maintenance environment on the degradation process of wind power system,improving system reliability as much as possible and reducing operation and maintenance costs,a dynamic preventive maintenance strategy for wind power system is proposed based on the residual life prediction theory considering the impact of operation and maintenance environment.This strategy divides the operation and maintenance environment of wind power system into three categories.By constructing the environmental state transition matrix,Wiener process is used to analyze the degradation process of wind power system in different operation and maintenance environments.On this basis,the detection time of wind power system is determined by maintenance thresholds and predicting the remaining life of units,and a dynamic preventive condition maintenance decision model is established.The results of example analysis validate the validity and feasibility of the model.The results of strategy comparison and sensitivity analysis further show that the strategy has obvious economic advantages in reducing the maintenance cost of wind power system,and confirm the existence of an impact of operation and maintenance environment on the maintenance decision of wind power systems.The maintenance decision modeling considering the impact of operation and maintenance environment can provide theoretical reference for wind power system.Maintenance decision modeling considering the environmental impact of operation and maintenance can provide theoretical reference for wind power system managers.
