摘  要:快速准确的同步测量数据是实现电力系统闭环控制的基础,短时间窗频率测量是缩短同步测量装置上传延时的关键。然而,现有的短时间窗频率测量方法会由于无法有效地滤除基波负频和谐波分量,而导致较大的测量误差。为解决测量精度与上传速度的矛盾,该文提出一种增强型三复带通滤波器短时延频率测量方法。该方法将复带通滤波器滤波与负频分量重构消除相结合,提出短时间窗负频分量抑制方法;进一步,提出基于3个复带通滤波器权重调整的谐波抑制方法,建立含谐波分量的频率计算误差模型,揭示谐波分量对双复带通滤波器频率测量方法的影响机理,通过对3个复带通滤波器的权重调整降低算法对偶数次谐波的敏感性,最终实现单周波和1.5周波下的频率准确测量。仿真与实验测试表明,所提方法优于现有频率测量方法,可为电力系统闭环控制等应用提供短时延的频率测量数据。Fast and accurate synchronous measurement data is the foundation for achieving closed-loop control of power systems,and short time window frequency measurement is the key to shortening the reporting latency of phasor measurement units(PMUs).However,existing short time window frequency measurement methods may result in significant measurement errors due to their inability to effectively filter out the fundamental negative frequency and harmonic components.To address the contradiction between measurement accuracy and reporting latency,this paper proposes an enhanced three complex bandpass filter for short time latency frequency measurement.This method combines the complex bandpass filter filtering with the reconstruction and elimination of the negative frequency components,and proposes a short time window negative frequency components suppression method;Furthermore,a harmonic suppression method based on adjusting the weights of three complex bandpass filters is proposed,and a frequency calculation error model containing harmonic components is established.The mechanism of the influence of harmonic components on the frequency measurement method of dual complex bandpass filters is revealed.By adjusting the weights of the three complex bandpass filters,the sensitivity of the algorithm to even harmonics is reduced,and accurate frequency measurement at single and 1.5 cycles is ultimately achieved.Simulation and experimental testing show that the proposed method is superior to existing frequency measurement methods and can provide short-term delayed frequency measurement data for applications such as closed-loop control in power systems.
