摘 要:星-三角(Y-△)接法的分数槽永磁电机(fractional-slot permanent magnet machine,FS-PMM)因其谐波分量低、转矩脉动小等优点在电动汽车领域具有较好的应用前景。但由于该电机中的△接绕组位于电机内部,其电流无法直接测量,故障时难以被及时发现。该文针对Y-△接法的FS-PMM内层△接绕组单相断相故障,提出一种基于电流三次谐波幅值的故障诊断方法。首先,建立△接绕组单相断相故障下的数学模x相故障的检测与故障相定位。经实验验证,所提方法能够实时准确地实现△接绕组单相断相故障诊断,且具有良好的鲁棒性。Fractional slot permanent magnet machine(FS-PMM)with star-delta(Y-Δ)hybrid connection has a promising application prospect in the field of electric vehicles for its advantages of low harmonic and small torque ripple.However,due to the fact that theΔ-connected windings are located inside the machine,the current cannot be measured directly which resulting in faults inΔ-connected windings cannot be found in time.Therefore,a fault diagnosis method based on the magnitude of the third harmonic current is proposed for the single-phase open-circuit fault inΔ-connected windings of FS-PMM with Y-Δhybrid connection.Firstly,the mathematical models with single-phase open-circuit fault inΔ-connected windings are established,and the influences of fault on the fundamental and third harmonic current are studied.Then,the magnitude of the third harmonic current of Y-connected windings is taken as the fault characteristic.Considering the noise interference under low speed condition,the magnitude of the third harmonic current is amplified and the fault phase location index is constructed by combining the threshold with the amplified magnitude of the third harmonic current.Finally,based on the fault phase location index,single-phase open-circuit fault detection and fault phase location are realized.The experimental results show that the proposed method can accurately diagnose single-phase open-circuit fault inΔ-connected windings in real time which shows good robustness.
