摘　　要：以第五代通信、物联网、云计算及AI技术为支撑,建设大型城市院前急救信息体系的数据中台、业务中台、技术中台和运营中台。通过视频指挥系统、高精度定位系统、精准调度系统和智能辅助决策系统的建设与升级,构建一张覆盖大型城市全区域、安全性强、可靠性高的医疗急救信息化专网。通过建设大型及超大型城市院前急救平台的创新与实践,探索新一代技术在信息化建设中的应用,实现医疗服务质量与医疗资源利用率的有效提升,实现信息在医生、患者及医院之间的灵活交互,提升院前急救数据传输的稳定性和安全性。有效推动医疗信息资源的共享应用,提升大型城市院前急救与紧急医学救援的协同救助能力。With the support of 5G communication,the Internet of Things(IoT),cloud computing and AI technologies,the data center,business center,technology center and operation center of a comprehensive information system for pre-hospital emergency care was established in large urban areas.By constructing and upgrading the video command system,high-precision positioning system,accurate scheduling system and intelligent assistant decisionmaking system,a secure and reliable medical emergency care information private network covering the whole area of large cities was established.Through the innovation and practice of building large and mega urban pre-hospital emergency care platforms,the application of new generation technologies in the construction process of information system was explored,and the quality of medical services and the utilization rate of medical resources were effectively improved,the flexible information exchange among healthcare professionals,patients,and hospitals was realized,thus enhancing the stability and security of data transmission in pre-hospital emergency care scenarios.Ultimately,it promoted the sharing and application of medical information resources,and enhanced the collaborative capabilities of pre-hospital emergency care and emergency medical response in major urban cities.
